Once you are ready to use the subsidised waste disposal scheme you need to complete the consignment note information this will generate a consignment note for you to use when transporting your waste to us. This information will also be kept on record as a declaration of the waste we have received from you (the weights of each stream upon receipt will be the weights used for your annual allowance).
